got in a accident today. not a striaght piece on it. third times a charm. hoping it is totaled this time. hoping i can get some of my goodies off of it...front spindles, seats, cd player and changer, k and n intake, cat back, front sway bar, speakers, shorty antenna. i am ok, just really depressed. how depressed? walked across a highway to a gas station with out looking for oncoming traffic...just didnt care. just about the only thing that is still good on it is the left door. everything else is bent/crushed/destroyed. center console out of a blazer withthe floor shifter is cracked, rt door panel cracked, dash cracked, frame fubar, no front end to really speak of except the left headlight. if it is totaled (fingers crossed) i am going to get a beat for about 6 to 7 months and then get a traded in xtreme, indigo blue of course... dont ask any ?s not really in the mood now or probally ever. a guy i used to run around with in high school was ejected from his 68 mustang, but walked away without a scratch 6 years ago and still cannot speak about it. the only good thing about the accident was the other lady pissed her pants...

I'm sorry to hear about the accident. There's always a bright side, though -- it may be hard to see right now, but there is one.

Bad luck man. Just be glad your O.K.

Try totalling your brand new Z28. Had it less than a year. Of course that was way back in '79.

That really sucks sorry to hear that. But don't worry..when my s10 got smashed, things only got better for me. I started to do more. Mine was suppose to be totaled, but we told them no. Things will get better

btw, a day late and a dollar short my lmc truck catalog came in yesterday and looking at the parts sections it would be relativly cheap to buy the replacement parts, they have a cowl hood i like and the envoy bumper and i have my old headlights in the basement. the only thing i couldnt do is paint/bondo and strighten the frame...
