Fuel pressure regulator??

Is there an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for a 99 with the 4.3? If so where would it go and where is the stock fuel pressure regulator if it has one.

No, the fuel regulator is integrated into the CSFI unit...Besides, you're already running 60-65 psi and if you were to increase that to any significance, you would have to redo the ECM to handle the mixture once it was past it's saturation point.
