I second both JONGO's post! New door bushings and pins can be found in the "HELP" section at your local auto parts store. They are easy to do. You just need a special tool to remove and reinstall the spring. I got my tool at napa. There is a "How to" thread floating around here some where.
The pin and bushing kits I believe are around $5. It takes 2 kits to do one door completely. If I was you I would just change all of them (both sides).

pins, bushings. After that it's all bend and twist. Adjustment by armstrong!

Like what's been said.. the hinges are welded & non-adjustible. Bushing & pin kits are the only solution.

Nods head. The "special tool" is just to compress the spring to remove/install it. Look up some google images, easy to make. Or, just buy one, I dont think their expensive at all. Dad's a Body Man, so he has one, I havnt had to buy one...I just borrow his.

Harbor freight has the spring compressor for $5 plus S/H i believe. I paid a lot more for it at a local store, didn't know harbor freight had it cheap until after the fact. It was the exact same brand too.

I heard some of the aftermarket hinge pins and bushings doesn't last/aren't as good of quality as long as the OEM ones from GM, that's not my own experience though, I only had the GM oem ones.

I may be all wet-and yes I'm sure he just needs pins and bushing. But-
I recently had wifey's doorpanel off her 2000 blazer to replace the door panel clips that hold it tight and lube the window gear and rollers.

I believe the (door side) of the (hinge) is actually bolted to the door-
it looked that way from the inside.
If you go look at your's-2nd gen-the bead across the top of the hinge
seems to be a bead of sealer-not a bead of weld-across the top of hinge at the door. Go look. take something sharppick a piece off I did. Its sealer. Just saying.

Next time I pull a door panel I'm going to take a closer look!

Has it been in an accident?
My factory door had welded on hinges but my OEM replacement door (replaced from damage due to a deer) has bolt on hinges with a torx head. My body shop guy told me about it originally, the hinges are $$$, well retail anyway.

Maybe? I just looked at the 2001-pass. side looks the same to me
Cant see the bolts in the jamb area-just inside the door with panel removed. just a bead of sealer across top.

I use a jack and/or a 2x4 to adjust s10 doors. They also sell at tool but it's not worth it. The tool will bend down the striker bolt.
