1" blocks on a Xtreme

I want to put some 1" drop blocks in to level out the truck. If I do will this make it hop more in the back when you lauch it and dose it do anything to the handling?

Hey welcome to the site. Yeah, blocks are gonna give you some wheel hop when you lanuch. Lowering a truck is gonna help the handling no matter what. If you are worried about wheel hop, check out a set of lakewood trac. barrs

I don't think a 1" block is gonna make that much of a difference. I've got one on my truck and get no wheel hop. But then again it's auto and never really gets to put that much to the tires. If you have a stick and try to launch hard you are gonna get hop with or with out the blocks. If it is really a problem get some caltracs (if you are really serious)or some lakewoods if you just want a quick cheaper fix.

im puttin 2 inch blocks on my xtreme today but wheel hop has always been a problem for me

2 inch leveled mine out perfect i think ones wouldnt do that much for it
