Blazer 4 door, W code engine.

Sometimes when pulling out, it runs really bad. Sounds like it's missing on 3 or 4 cylinders, actually. I put this in here because I'm thinking it's a fuel pressure problem right now, although that might not be it.

I'll be driving along, stop at a red light... it's running alright although missing here and there... pull out, and it farts out. Flooring it seems to solve the problem for right now. The fuel pump doesn't sound too healthy, but it's probably fine. It always sounded kind of funny...

Here's the video:

First pull: Floored. Ran fine.

Second pull: 1/8th throttle. Ran horrible.

Third pull: about 1/3rd throttle. Ran fine again.

No SES light to get codes from... I believe it's burnt out because I can unplug the MAF and it doesn't trigger it, also I don't see it on startup light test.

When the last time it's had a fuel filter change?

Hellifino. I've never changed it... All I've done to it is run fuel system cleaner through it once in a while and changed the oil every 2000-2500 miles.

I've had it for about 10k. Has 145k on it.

Change the fuel filter and then see what happens.

I wonder if it still has all the original ignition parts? Every time I buy a car/truck I change oil, trans fluid/filter, rear diff oil, spark plugs, distributor cap/rotor, spark plug wires, ign coil, fuel filter, air filter and flush and refill the cooling system. That way I know all that is in good shape.

Look at the wires. Do they look old? Are they ACDelco? Maybe a tune up would help.

I believe the wires and plugs are original to the car... and the cap and rotor for sure are. The coolant is also original to the car. Looks like orange mud on top of water...

I strongly suggest you do (or have some one) the things I said ,I do, when I buy a used vehicle.
