what would handle better 3" drop leafs and drop shocks or 3" blocks and stock shocks. plus are drop leaf springs stiffer than factory.

from my understanding yes, if i had the $$$ at the time i would have bought the drop leaf's.A great set of shock's goes a long way in the handling of anything.

i was gonna do belltech in the front and if I do drop leafs in the back I'll put belltech's bact there to

eaton has a set of nice leafs for s-10s that are much better than belltech. eaton only drop it 2 3/4" though. eibauch makes a jamup coil or you you can lookup qa1 and order a free catalog. I'm looking at the coilover conversion for mine. The only thing I would go to belltech for is spindels. Their coils and leafs just arn't right for what I want.
