good deal?

this is a late 90's V8 with aluminum heads (LT-1 motor) it has been taken apart and everything looks good ie:bearings,piston&rods,crank,cylinder walls, this motor has every thing with it from top to bottom I would like to get $500.00 or best offer

First off it's a LS1 based eninge. What did it come out of? Do you include the ECM and all the wiring? If everthing is ok then $500 is a great deal.
