I have a 82 S10 and would like to place a vaccum gauge in it. Is a gauge pod aviable for it without having to use a universal one that is too big and looks like crap the only ones I've seen are for the 86 and up dash but I have the 82 to 85 dash with the round gauges will the 86 one work????
Thanks

The a-pillars are the same so if you find one it fits. Matter of fact most every one I've ever seen is listed for 82-93 s-10s.

anyone here have any pics of a triple gauge "a" pillar pod installed? I want to relocate my gauges to the a pillar, only thing holding me back is trying to feed that copper oil pressure line all the way to the a pillar.

You could use an Electronic Oil Pressure Gauge I suppose, uses a sending unit, and single wire up to the gauge.
Thats my $.02

Get an electronic gauge and be done with it.. If you ever had one leak you would never own another one... trust me...

Yea, my first setup leaked. That nylon tubing got too close to an exhaust manifold. Thats why I have copper tubing now. Electronic is sounding good.

Electronic is the easiest and best way to go. 1 wire at the sender, loom it, or hide it in existing loom, easy to route up the piller, no worries about breakage or leakage causing a fire..... makes perfect sence.

I wonder what the best place would be for a sender would be on a 4.3 cpi?
