help on pcv breather

ok.. i tried searching for this.. couldnt find anything on it for some reason.... can i do this to my 2002 sonoma? how exactly do you do it.. is it an air filter attached to something? help

The factory PCV system helps seal your rings and keep you from developing oil leaks because of the negative pressure in the crankcase.

I wouldn't do it. Sure others will tell you otherwise though.

I don't know that there are really any performance gains anyway really.
