The 2005 Chevy Equinox will replace the Blazer. The 2005 Chevrolet Equinox is an all-new compact SUV. The Equinox will offer a flexible interior to accommodate passengers and cargo. The Equinox is now at the dealers and replaces the Blazer and Tracker, but is much larger than the Tracker and upgraded in many areas. The Equinox has a wheelbase of 112.5 inches and a wide stance of 61.6 inches. Other options to look at will be a sliding rear seat to allow for an additional 8 inches of cargo room or slide back to give passengers more leg room. The front passenger seat also folds flat for cargo and a cargo shelf at the back of the vehicle doubles as a picnic table. Both front-wheel and all wheel-drive will be offered. The Equinox will be powered by a Vortec 3400 185-horsepower V6 engine.

This irrates me to no end if I hear this again!! Colorado replaces the S10 Pickup and the Saturn Vue remake is suppose to replace my Blazer. Arg I got a Vue! Not even close in comparasions!

Of course, if they put a real motor into it, and put the front end right-side up, then I might THINK about a Colorado. Fine, the hp and economy figures are supposedly better, but it's the principle of the matter -- and the looks turn me off in a big way.
