Yes but I dont have access right now to that info =(
I think Yukon Gear 's website has the specs or maybe Randys Ring and Pinion's website

When assembling the rear end new, there are rotating pinion drag torque specs for setting bearing preload, probably in the vicinity of 14-25 in/lbs depending on who published it. Problem is that as the rear is in service, those numbers diminish in time as the rear wears in to the point at nearly 100k there is no longer any preload. The published numbers when new are for pinion only, not for pinion, differential and axles. So unless you have a relatively low mileage vehicle, those set up specs aren't very meaningful at this point.
Odds are, you haven't unseated your outer pinion. I would take an initial rotating torque reading with an in/lbs torque wrench. Tighten pinion nut a very small amount until you reach that number plus 2 in/lbs but not less than 5 in/lbs total. You can always tighten it more but once you relief the crush seeve, it is relieved and it will loose pre-load if you have to loosen the nut.
