Im gonna change my leaf bushings with poly. I have ZQ8 leafs. Any idea if they use 1.5" or 2.5" bushings? I cant take it apart to find out. Im guessing 2.5", but I could be wrong.

Thanks.

I make MikezTA go measure them before I bought them.

Ok, so the bushing kit is actually listed for the S-series as well as the Mazda Navajo.
Doesnt really explain which ones are for which, but there is going to be a couple left over after you do it.

There are (2) that are long and thinner. They look to go in from one end of the leaf eyelet and have a mushroom head on one end. There is a 'cap' bushing that goes on to the other end.

There are (8) that are pairs which are short. They are the type you put one in from one end and the other in from the other end.
Thses maybe the one we use. I never really inspected it close enough.

There are (6) metal innder sleeves.

The (2) ones measure 35.4mm diameter and are 76.5mm long.
The (8) ones measure 38.5mm diameter and are 37.5mm long each.
The metal sleeves are 19.20mm diameter.

I used a Digital Mic to do the measurements.

Lemme know, Michel

Ya know I thought about that. I think that the extra ones are for the shackle eyelet. So there prob wont be extras. Th instructions are vague to me. Maybe u can make better heads-tails of them

I dug up this information. Ill just copy and paste.

There is a different bushing for the front eye and the rear eye. They are different sizes. If you're going to replace them, you'll need two of each size. Autozone has them in cheap and Energy Suspension numbers. (3.2129R and 3.2142R for the ES ones.)

My belltech ones were the same F/R.
