My head lights stay on all the time, that includes all lights tail, parking, and head. The light switch doesnt turn them off. It did turn them off once or twice when i had to use the parking brake. But i dont use parking brake any more. Fixed that problem. Transmission linkage nut. I am guessing that the parking brake has a switch for the lights. Its not the first time ive seen this on a GM vehicle, saw it on a grand am before. Oh and yes they go off when key is used. This my first post here. :) Thanks
marc
P.S. Its a 99 blazer 4 door.

DRL and AHL maybe malfunctioning due to a bad relay or the light sensor on the right speaker grille defective.

just to make sure ALL the lights r on from, head to toe. they went off at one time when i was using the parking brake. but was intermitten. does the parking brake have any thing to do with the lites??? and yes i have checked the back of switch, changed the radio so had to take off front thing whatever its called. no battery drain they go off when switch is turned off. my switch in the back has two plugs one for non existing fog lites and other for lites, buttom one is for fog lites but has no pins in switch so i left it unpluged. and now that i think about it i may have to go back an look again??
