The #1 question i have is would it be a wise decision or do i even need to have a blowoff valve??
and i saw that one guy on s10forum.com went with colder plugs, would i have to change plugs? or would i be ok on an internally stock setup, runnin 6psi of course...

If you stay with the stock setup of 6 psi then you should not need a BPV (blow-offs are OK, but Bypass are what you usually find with S/C kits). Every truck is different, so there is a slight possibility that you MAY need a BPV, but I highly doubt it. I'm running without one and have not noticed a problem. What would give you an idea is surging when you let off the throttle -- if you get that, then you probably need one. But again, I HIGHLY doubt you need one -- unless you go beyond 6 psi.
Yes, colder plugs (usually 1-2 ranges) are a good idea. Not necessary, but a good idea. Also, you want to avoid platinum plugs -- the high compression due the S/C tends to cause the platinum to flake off and burn. And lastly, you want to gap the plugs between .035 and .045 -- NOT the stock .060-.065.
But, all in all, the blower is MEANT for a 100% stock engine, so you shouldn't NEED anything else -- the other add-ons are just icing on the cake to make it more efficient.

i ??? is should i put headers on before or after? and what i mean is would i have to take the s/c off to put the drivers header on? i kneo to make life easy you go thru the fender well put the manifold come out and the headers go in thru the hood.

No, with the Jammer, as far as I am aware, the S/C does not need to be removed to install headers -- although the intake tubing will need to be (but the head will not). Doesn't really matter either way. The only difference would be in the power gain: BEFORE S/C = feel more gain from the headers; AFTER S/C = feel less gain from the headers. The ACTUAL gain is about the same, it's just that psychology comes into play -- and doing the lower hp-gaining mod FIRST will make that gain more evident for that mod. See my point?
Yep, removing the fender wells makes it a LOT easier -- but both the manifold and the headers go through the fender well (nothing goes through the hood).

I've got mine sitting around .040-.045 (It's been a while, so I don't exactly remember which) -- due to the fact that I have an MSD ignition. Since it is a multiple spark capacitive discharge (hotter sparks, and more of them) there isn't as much chance of spark blowout. That's the reason for going with a lower gap -- the amount of compression/air from the blower tends to blow the spark out before it combusts the a/f mixture.
If you don't have an MSD, then you want to gap them around .035-.040.

Headers are good to heat up your engine compartment.
The only ones that I recommed are the ceramic coated in and out.
The cheep one's will take out your plug wire ends and realy dont increase
power as much as the say. With Long tube header you may loose boost
pressure. (Heat IS A HORSEPOWER KILLER) Get a good cat Back 2.5 in.
