what brands does everyone here prefer? i have the Bosche 4's and yes yes i know they are a waste....so i am changing them while i have everything removed, what type should i get? From what i've read so far, its Delco's and NGK's so everyone toss in their .02 and i'll put those in later this week

OK, I'm not a big fan of SPECIAL plugs and the factory plugs when I do pull them still look farily decent at 60K. This last time I ran and fancy plug and I had NO PROBLEMS of any kind with them at all, actually ran with less a misfire at idle versus the factory ones. Not a big misfire, its normal that it does, but just a skip in beat every now and then.
Now which plugs are those, DENSO IRIDIUMS- If a fancy plug can deliver as advertised, these DID!

I have NGK's in my S10 and Denso Iridium's in my TA.Both work really well but the Denso's are one hell of a plug.Really improved the throttle response and better fuel mileage. They ain't cheap but well worth it to me.
Thought about the denso but too expensive for my liking, but since it has better throttle response, and gas mileage, i might change to that later.

The steel plate in my head is titanium LMAO!!
now i have a question. why isn't the performance dis cap, rotor or wires for my truck listed in the 03 section but i can type in 00-02 and I can choose from about 50 differnt ones. Is their something i'm missing here or should I keep ordering 00 ignition parts for my 03?

i chalk that up to errors on their site...i see it all the time...
it all sites and auto stores...even the sic store dosn't list stuff for the 03 and i know I have the same basic distributor, plug wires, rotor and all that nickle and dime ignision crap that the 98 up obdII trucks have.
sorry I'm on a rant right now because I can't find some premade dress wires like the full metal jackets(they'er spiffy looking) for my truck and I'm not sure If i want to take the chance on 00 wires.
