Passed emisssions again!

It passed easier this year than last year. Here's the specs:
High speed (25mph, 1386 rpm)
HC 81
CO 0.15
CO2 14.8
O2 0.0
NOx 508
Dilution 15.0

Low speed (15mph, 1410 rpm)
HC 126
CO 0.30
CO2 14.6
O2 0.2
NOx 803
Dilution 14.9

Keep in mind this is with a non-emissions legal cam, disabled EGR, 2800 stall speed, and 8* base timing (and lots more in the program).

Last year it failed the low speed, passed the high speed, the system gave it another go at the low speed and it passed then. It whipped through them fast this time, though.

sounds like you got lucky. i know mine wont pass restricted egr, no cat, bald tires,advanced timing, and dark tint. it wont pass but than again i dont have to they only test 96 and newer cars up here now so i got nothing to worry about.

The only thing I did before the test was put on the stock TBI intake with the heat riser tube, and make sure it was fully warmed up before the test. I think the new torque converter may have helped, since the engine revs easier up to the stall speed. It definitely runs cleaner over 1200 rpm.

Here in CO I had no problems passing emissions with the EGR restrictor in place. Some numbers were lower (might be able to see the info I posted from fall 03 through a site search) but there weren't any problems. I also have a Cat Back and a knock off cold air intake.
