I dunno, I kinda think it is real. Look at the fat kids face when he realizes what he just did. You cant stage that. I can believe that there was no blood. How many times have you cut your upper arm and bled profusely? I never bleed from my arms. And I can imagine the shock preventing him from screaming

I think it is real. Them scissors looked pretty wedged in there. If the skin seals around the scissors then it wouldn't bleed right away, it would take a minute or him to pull them out, then it would probably bleed bad.
