Headlight relays

Has anyone on here added relays to their stock headlight wiring harness? I'm thinking about doing this on the Blazer, the stock headlights are about as bright as a candle in front of a mirror. I haven't had much luck finding a schematic for a two headlight system.

If you upgrade the wiring to a thicker guage, you will get brighter lights. Or if you have money to spend, install some HID's. Ill try to find a good write-up about upgrading the wiring and ill post later. Its on another forum.

That is a good write up, but I'd like to try to find a diagram specific to a first gen. Wiring is not my strong suit, so anything that would simplify it would be great.
