2.5 tranny

Hey guys I had to replace my clutch in my tranny and I had a problem after I got the new one in. The clutch was like half way working. I could put it in gear but the wheels would start turning even when I have the clutch in. Is there a certain way that throw out bearing need to be?

the throw out bearing has a flat side and a rounded side (flat side-bottom) that sideis pressed in first, you only see the rounded side..
