Well the thing needs new pipes. and it needs a computer i dont know if i need a special computer made to make it street legal in the way of emissions. any input?
how much would you charge to rebuild it hammer? my dad could drop it off to you. hes in Chicago and has the TPI. I moved to Colorado from chi town...things were easier there. ill be coming back on vacation time to drop the motor in.

i have an extra mass air flow ecm, and a few speed density but they don't have any chips

Use a stock ECM. You 'need' new pipes, as in they're missing or you 'want' new pipes as in they're dinged in? To pop them out, if they're dented, just get big steel ball bearings (like 10 of them) & keep forcing them into the tube to expand it back to where it'd need to be. That's how you fix that.. it's how professionals do it, too. That's free advice & something you can do yourself. ..& you wouldn't want to pay my price to fix it.
