Looks like its very similiar to SSBC's kit, at around 275 off of their price. If I could make up my mind on what I want, I'd probably have bought it already.

i just bought a rearend from s10warehouse, cost me 400 shipped. too many complications with disc conversions so i did mine the easy way. swap took maybe 3 hrs with myself and a friend

not bad. i have the 8.5" rear already though, so I see no point in getting rid of it.
