all i have is 2 infinity 4x6's in the dash and 2 pioneers in the doors
i was just figureing that you didnt have enough power to run all the speakers but 4 isnt to many so that aint the problem

from what i have gathered through PM's is he has enough power to run them . the dash is working as its supposed to but the doors are not . his fade is set to -5 on the HU which is a sony , i'm not sure how sony works their bal/fade settings so i dont know wheither -5 is front or rear, but i assume rear . the best i can figure it seems to be a wiring problem . either front /rear criss cross , or the rear is wired completely wrong .
yeah check wiring. wiring can be your worst nightmare

could be wired backwards try reversing the wires.

reversed polarity to speakers should only cause a difference in they sync. shouldnt effect the sound level.

how about you should check the impendence of the head unit and check what the speakers operate at. then if you find out the problem is with that then you can chnge one of the two since you can drops ohms or raise them with components like you can sub.

i already tried everythign you all said...
could it pussibly be just the location of the speakers?
I think it's a problem with the HU but i can't get in to get it changed/fixed

you should be able to tell that just by putting your head down near the speakers if they sound loud than that could be your problem but i doubt thats it unless you got some insulation in front of them or something

i tried switching the speakers and putting them at the same level it's no better.. i'm guessing i should have to bring it to the city to get fixed
