Having a slow truck sucks so I'm back in the blown and/or sprayed scene.

I haven't received it yet but I bought a used Zex kit that I'm 95% sure is dry. Zex sells a conversion that costs as much as a new wet kit but I did find a few affordable options

Any opinions/info on these?

I'm already running appropriate plugs (TR6ix). At what point are fuel system upgrades required (assuming a good stock pump)? Would you recommend something like a boost-a-pump or a secondary inline? Dyno tuning is already paid for from the previous S/C adventure.

A bottle heater and purge kit are on the list. What about a window switch and fuel pressure safety switch?

This is going to be a budget project but I don't want to skimp on safety either. Even if I buy all the accessories it'll still cost a fraction of what the blower did! If I have to I'll just run a 50 shot until I can afford the bits make it safe for real fun.

Sounds good - I figured I'd be ok with a 75 shot. Is there anything specific I should be looking for in a window switch? What trigger RPM is safe? 3500 is stated in the sticky - that sounds a bit high but I don't know enough to say that for sure!

I would highly suggest the window switch. I would also look into the 75 shot nozzles if you can.
If it's a wet kit, or to be converted to one, I wouldn't stress about fueling upgrades.

I agree with Dogsofjune. This is the controller i am running http://www.holley.com/15982NOS.asp as for plugs i run v groove TR6, seems to work fine for my setup.
