Well, some of you know that a farktard hit and ran me in my 95 blazer. (he was caught) Just thought I'd post a couple of pics of the progress,,,,This is why I stick to mechanical things, I don't have the talent to do body work like this.

Here's the original damage...As you can tell, (well almost) the fender was crushed behind the brush guard, the brushguard is toast, and the bumper and valance got messed up as well as some of the supports for the 98+ grille snapped in back.

Front left fender repair where the major damage was

My right fender had been crimped at the antennae base when I bought the truck as well as a nasty little dent along the hood line, I took the opprotunity to have the anteanne shaved as well as fix the hood defect...

Of course I got a new OEM 98+ grille to replace my crappy aftermarket one...

And I took the opprotunity to upgrade to the 98+ bumper and valance. (the valance is already black)

Thanx, I'll be happier though when I dump in my 5.7 next month... :D (picked up a 5.7 vortec from a 99 escalade, using a k1500 harness and ecm with it) Changed to a more agressive cam and www.rcsoa.com here locally will reprogram the fuel curves for me.

I did check it completely out, not a bad shop. We have one around here called Kennedy's that I suggest for central-western NY residents. Your gonna screw with swaps, forced air and the others, there is no better way than to have one of these shops picked to do the things a backyarder can never do as well etc!!
