you guys get the first update!
got a one spring in tonight... i cut my control arm bolts a bit too short, so i need new ones. my bad, im sad. i gotta wait till i get them before i put the other spring in. turned out i bought new energy suspension spring pads but i dont like the boot they supply. i used the factory rubber upper and the energy pad on the bottom. seems fine for now, hope it works

the inlet port comes from the master cylinder, or in my case abs module since i still have it, and the outlets go to the back brakes
theyre supposed to go on the front though so i had to modify a little bypass valve so that the pressure wouldnt leak back while the solenoid was engaged
if you look up line locs you should be able to find some documentation on how to plumb it properly

Like the project, Nice in a few i want to do the 5.3 or 6.0L swap also.
Pretty bad, LOL i mod everything also. Hehehe, its pretty bad when my daily driver has the bottle on demand problem. But i dont play around on the street much. Only the occasional rice burner. LOL!

cool, Shawn. this swap is very simple. especially if you dont mind getting your hands dirty with some wiring
i know, i was talkin about how the headers rested on the crossmember
they wont actually touch once im done. the one side (with the rag) was touching cuz i havent shimmed the trans mount

havent been doing much... moved my truck over so i can get it out when its ready (only one door on my 2 bay carhole) been doing all my wiring...... dont ask me why i cut it up
here it is kinda back together. ive basically made a connection between the firewall... still dont know why! lol
http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm131/NAST2008/wiring00.jpg
shes been like that for awhile now. got the dash in, started doing some circuit checking and integrating the engine harness into the body harness.... lots of fun
anyway, ran into some problems with axles... long story short, put my stock diff back in for now. i have more important things than custom axles to buy like brake lines and a windshield. still have a big list of stuff to buy so ill put my beloved 8.5" in later on
old 7.5 next to 8.5

LS2Sonoma
