I need ideas for a custom console.

Ok I was going to get a blazer console and hack it up to fit my 5-speed. Well I didnt want to drop $50 then hack it up. I want to have this console to be kinda like the blazer's (length) and the arm rest.
I have 1/2 MDF and a **** ton of fiberglass. I have access to alot of junkyards, so maybe a armrest or other parts out of another car. What do you guys think would look cool?
I plan on using the Carbon Fiber looking tweed I have as my carpet to cover it.

it would be alittle harder because you have a 5 speed but i'm sure you could just make it alittle lower up front and work around the shifter. plus it would look better if it matched the rest of the interior. heres a pic of mine it's alittle something for an idea.

Where you located Importmaster 'cause I may be able to get you one that's already setup either way for auto or straight drive for less than 50$ depending on your location??? It's out of a 94' gmc jimmy 4dr sle jus' so you know.
