headrest removal

I have a 1994 s-10 with a 60/40 split bench. How do I remove the headrests without tearing apart the whole seat. Most rests have some kind of release button , but I can not find one on these seats .

^^ thinking the same thing.... i dont think there is a way unless u want to cut em off
