soft shifting tranny

i have a shift kit, and a programmer and it used to shift good. now it shifts hard when it is cold but once it warms up it shifts to second very soft and third hard as normal. just wondering what would cause this. bad solenoid or worn out trans fluid. trans fluid is still pink with a slight hint of brownish color.

you have a tunner and a shift kit and how many miles???

i would change the fluid before jumping to conclusions, but check for shaveing and exxsesive matalic particles in the fluid when you change it.

i am gonna pull the pan this weekend and put some trick shift in it

Don't put trick shift in an electoric trans! Don't remember why but it messes stuff up.

the stuff i found was synthetic trick shift. supossed to be good with electronic controlled trans.
i know about the origional trick shift it says do not use in electronic trans.
