Ok, this is a very easy install(with the exception of getting the right headlight pod reinstalled) and it took me about 20-30 minutes.
Tools needed: needlenose pliers, long screwdriver or wooden dowel rod, a bit of patience
The first thing you need to do is get to the headlight pods, which are held on by two rectangular spacers with holes in them. When you pull these up and out(they are on the back of the metal holding the pod on the front of the truck),
pull back and up on the headlight pod, with a little wiggling, it should come out.http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/gallery/data/510/398install-med.jpg
(left side shown)
as you can see, the headlight pod has two tabs on the bottom that go in the slots in the sheet metal. Once you have the headlight pod out, there is two tabs you squeeze on the lenses, should be pretty easy to get out with a pair of needlenose pliers. There is another tab that is on the side of the stock lens
that you squeeze, and it pops out. Remove the bulb, put in the clear lenses (with amber bulbs if you don't want to be pulled over or something) and the clear lenses should pop right in.

put the headlight pod back in by putting the tabs on the headlight pod then use the screwdriver or dowel rod to push the upper tabs down in the holes in the sheet metal. Once the headlight pod is aligned, put the spacers on the back(should be 2)
Here it is halfway installed, the left side should be much easier. Just follow the steps for the right side and it should go pretty easy. Here the corner lenses are fully installed.http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/gallery/data/510/398eurofront-med.jpg
And once you button up the headlight pods by putting the tabs on the headlight pod in before the upper set of tabs, put the spacers in on the back of the sheet metal holding the headlight pod in place, it's all done!
