energy suspension motor mounts

just wondering if anyone could give me a website or a link to some poly motor mounts for a 01 4.3 s10 2wd. i know they will vibrate but thats ok cause i'm still young and don't mind it. my problem is that when i torque my engine the thing flexes so much that i think that is what is causing my headers to contact my upper A-Arm.

then your mounts and a arm bushings are both worn

get black urethane a arm bushings and it will sold you problem and you will handle much better

If you use PST bushings they dampen the vibration better than energy bushing.
If your engine is flexing that much your mount is weak or partially broken

I've got Energy poly motor mounts on mine!! You cant use em unless you have custom frame pads made. A guy on ssf makes em and they work AWOSME.

GREAT upgrade for low $$$ btw get a poly trans mount too.

i got the trans mount. how much does it cost to get custom pads? and where did you get them?

My experience with poly tranny mounts are they vibrate the fillings out of your teeth.The motor mounts are not as bad.

I normally use solid mounts, but I really don't thinck on a small engine like th 4/3.
I got my engine mounts from pst for my 03. they were a direct fit and no vibration either. In fact i get less vibration from these than the factory rubber mounts.
I'm putting in my trans mount next week.I'll let ya'll know how it does.

Just as an FYI: I contacted P-S-T and according to their tech support rep, their bushings ARE Energy Suspensions polygraphite bushings. I was looking to finish off my rear stabilizer bar (I still need the endlinks) and asked how theirs compare, and the guys said "our bushings are Energy Suspensions, we just wholesale 'em."

Blew my mind. . .

Do you have any fillings left? I know mine are getting VERY loose. . . But, it's a small price to pay for being able to outhandle most other vehicles!
