Spindles??

Does any one know who makes a spindle that is stamped with "bullet"?
Could it be a company named Bullet and how much drop do these provide?

Note the spindles were bought from Godfather Customs a few years ago. They are off of a co-workers old zq8. He ran them for 2years. Now i might buy them, just trying to do a little research on them.
