I have the 2.2. as we all know that just wont do. but i am thinking of poutting in a v6 but just for kicks would a v8 fit in there. and what all would i need to do it.

I know there is a kit for the small block, it will fit in there!
As far as I know all you need is the engine mounts.

what else goes
Transmision, drive shaft, rear end
what all is involved. or should i just buy the wynjammer super charger
what kinda price range am i to expect.

new rearend(i would get one out of a camaro or trans am), drive shaft(probably custom), tranny of your choice(just keep in mind the space its gonna fill, i would go with a th350), and as far as i know you have to get the mount and other than you might have to beat the fire wall back a little bit to get the distributor to fit. same plan i had last summer for a 92 but the deal fell through and couldnt get the truck but i still got the motor and tranny.

Your rear will work and is the same size as the Fbody.But if you plan on making big amounts of HP you will need to look in to something stronger like the 8.5 that came in some S10's.Your tranny won't work.There are a lot of sights out there now that sell books that go through all it takes to do the install and even give you part numbers.But no install will be the same depending on what type of 350 you use,LS1,LT1,Vortec 350,TBI 350,TPI 350,the list goes on.

i know of a s-10 in louisville for sale i think it either a 2000 or 2002 with a 350 the guy is only asking 5,000 for it

^^^^buy it. thats a GOOD deal. you will spend that much in parts and knuckle busting.
