All 4L60E and 700 R-4 use the same converter sizing, the 4L80E is different.

joker will tell you different. I gave him the same bad advice and he wound up with a converter he couldn't use.

Pre 93 there were 2 different spline counts, 27 and 30, the S series using the 27 spline.

The 4 banger/60 deg. converter different also. Input shaft differences on those. LS1 physical dimensions different from 4.3/V-8 converters.

SS- our trucks use the same converter as a c5 vette. not camaro so a camaro one would not fit.
