i have dual straight out the back right now but i wanna dump the pipes out the side but its almost impossible to make em look good due to the frame...what have other people done...someone told me to run them thru the frame and just weld steel plates on the frame for saftey but thats sketchy so if you people could hook it up with some thoughts that would be great thanx

personally i like when it goes through the body. but than your gonna need to make a metal piece to go around them. and like some one told me the other day exhaust has lots of moisture so its gonna rot out that spot faster. plus it could ruin the paint (to much heat/turn it black).

if you dont wanna see it at all how about turn down under the truck so that way you wont see the exhaust at all.

i kinda like how it looks when its right infront of the tire and you can see it...but the body is a good suggestion..especially cuz my trucks black so...it would only kinda dull the paint...dont think it would look horrible...and it kinda works out that im a cnc machinest so makin a plate to go around the pip wouldnt be hard at all

sweet go for it like i said i like it when it goes through the body i love the way it looks. those were just things i have heard. i mean the factory puts the exhaust right under the body so it's cant really do that much damage if the factory does it. so go for it

and yeah on a black truck as long as you keep it clean its gonna look really good

right? that housing should shield away most of the heat...and where he cuts he could always protect with some POR stuff...maybe even rig an additional heat sheild some protective paint or a coating...but i don't think heat will be that intense...
