i could go all day about the '05 1st gen

Hey this is great. Yea I agree the 1st Gens have some classic lines. Maybe no 63
Impala SS or split window vette, but most anyone who knows anything about GM
trucks knows what one is. The OBDI system is pretty easy to deal with once you
understand how it works. I'm most always doing something to mine, be it routine
maint or simple upgrades. I had to do a freeze plug behind the starter this last week
and DO NOT want to do one of those again. I'd never had found the very small
leak I had if I wasn't in the process of updating the battery cables and charge
line to free flowing 4 gage wire. Have to drop the starter to get to the cable.

Got nailed on the mug with a fat drop of coolant when I pulled the starter. Truly
a PITA to do but alls well in my old ST..Glad I'm not the only one posting here.

1st gen does kick ass but the 2005 model should comme with an ls2 and an optional supsension power package with a ls7 under the hood 325's out back 265 up front and the optional awd from the Syclone !!!!
