1989 gmc s15. Very similar to chevy s10. 48xxx miles. Cosmetically rough but mechanically sound. New oil air and fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, and distributor cap. Oil change a month ago. This is the base model. 2.5l 4cy. 5 speed manual 2wd. NO ps, pw, pl, abs, cruise, nothing except power brakes. Really good on gas mileage. No muffler but still quiet enough to be perfectly legal. (Never been pulled over even with cop right behind me at 2am). And no radio. Cd player was stolen 2 yrs ago. Never bothered replacing it though it still has the pioneer 6x9 speakers. Only reasons I ask so much is that it runs great, gets good gas mileage and it has extremely low miles. Clear title and is ready to be someone elses daily driver. $900obo. Btw I'm not shipping this vehicle anywhere and its cash only. No paypal crap. Thanks.

"deluxe" is a term used in the S10planet community to describe beat up first gen 2wd s10's. While there is no set rules on what makes a Deluxe a Deluxe, some things are certain: It needs to be modified in the performance aspect, whether it be for handling, braking, acceleration, or off road capabilities, and it needs to have a certain unmistakable style that people like. Rust is a plus, but not required, as are dents, because they symbolize battle scars from being driven within an inch of it's life. This trend started with my 89 S10, Aptly named the Bootlegger's Deluxe. There are other Deluxes out there, I know Minnis is currently putting one together. Deluxes may even take the form of a 2nd gen in the future. All i know for sure is that the Bottlegger's Deluxe is like the Optimus Prime of Deluxes, it's just a badass ...
