Truck feels like it want to stall out when in gear. Wat does this mean? Or wat could it be?

Welcome.

X2 on the info..."Need Help" as a thread title is a little vague. Try changing it to "Stalling" or "No Power" or "Lack of Power" Might attract more attention..

Its a 87 s10, 4 cyl. It want to stall, but as soon it about to it picks its self back up. And it does it repeatedly.

Idk think it has to do with my egr or vaccum lines.

Double check all your vac lines. Make sure none are disconnected or dry rotted. Replace all the lines if need be one at a time.

Your egr valve could need a cleaning also. Carbon builds up and blocks the passage causing the EGR valve to malfunction or not be able to close all the way.
