ok so i got the wynjammer n i guess i really wasnt payin attention but the 2.2 kit doesnt have a programmer...which in turn means nothing to get rid of the top speed limiter...which in turn means hit 93 fairly quickly then slam...what are all your thoughts on killin the limiter...yes i could get a hand held programmer, i could go the illegal route n put a kill switch on my speedometer, or i could see if i can get someone at the chevy dealers ship to screw with it...anything would help guys give me an idea..i just want to be able to smoke my buddy s/c'd focuz (things slow but he can break 100mph)

IMHO get a programmer. Timing, fuel, tire size, etc. options are available with the programmer.

I don't think there are any programmers available for the 2.2. I think the only option is a total ecu reburn.I've heard of people having good results from this place... http://www.asechips.com/
You have to send them your computer though. So your truck will be down for a few weeks.
A cheaper option ,(if you have a 5-speed) would be to just wire in a toggle switch to interrupt the vss sensor coming off the transmission. Then when you get near 90mph, just flip the switch to open the circuit and keep accelerating. You wont have a speedometer while the switch is open so you won't know how fast you're going. But trust me, you'll be going faster than 93.
Also, how do you like the Wynjammer? Worth the money?

im gonna go with the switch prolly, its gonna kinda suck at the track but screw it i dont think ill hit those speeds anyway, even with the s/c n nitrous
well i did half the install on the wynjammer n learned my truck is all screwed up...from what i can tell its good but i havent added the injectors so its runnin really lean, so i havent got it movin yet i backed it out of my garage then pulled back in to straighten out thats it n i only brought it to 1,600 rpm n i could feel a difference but once i get it all figured out ill let you know...
