What's the largest tire size you can put on the ZR2 without any suspension or body lifts?

You can but they will rub on sharp turns... The back of the front finders...

So with a simple 3" lift it should be no problem? 31s are hard to find in 18" rim size I want to keep my z06's on the zr2

If I remember right if you can get 265 70 in 18's that would be 31 10.50's

You can do a body lift then a 1.5 inch T-bar tweek then get shackles for the back. That gives you something to think about.

Yep... dunno what the t bar is and sounds like more money than I feel like spending right now... I will look for the 2657018

The T-bar aka Torsion bar tweaking can gain you 1-1.5 inches. If you get more it means your torsion bars were sagging or low from the factory, best of all its free to tweak the t-bar.
