As the title says, I have an PCM/ECM for a 2001 blazer that was factory equipped with a 5sp manual transmission, 4.3l, and 4x4.
This was in perfect working order when removed- it was only removed because I bought a mail order tune that came on another PCM.
The number listed on it is HDW No. 09386530
& Sev. No. 12200411

I know this is a modular PCM and can be setup for many other GM vehicles with the correct tools. Please make sure it will work with your application before buying it.
