Hey yall.

A buddy of mine offered me a set of these wheels for my truck. They are 18x8 in the back and 17x8 in the front. Came off of a camaro. WIll they clear in the front (with turning) or will I rub? Also, can someone photochop them onto my truck (pic in gallery) with approxamate dimensions so i can see how they look?

what year camaro did they come off of? if it is a 4th gen they willnot fit, b/s is wrong. 3rd gen will be just fine though...

If they are off a 4th gen you can use wheel adapters. Not a spacer a actuall adapter.Like thses billet style adapters.http://www.sicgmtrucks.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1289&stc=1

yeah they are i used those exact ones to get my ultras to fit. unlike spacers these bolt to the wheel hub. i used mine for a solid 8 months with no problems.

thoes wheels will not work without thoes adapters...and when you do get the to fit, they will probly rub your LCA at full lock (my 17x8 do)

other than that, they will be fine

are those safe?A guy in my local Fbody club uses them to adapt 2000 Trans Am wheels to a 1990 Trans Am.He has had them or about 7 months now and he punishes the hell out of them every weekend racing. If they will hold up against a idiot like him they will hold up to someone with some sense.

so thank you for whoring up my thread. Arrrgh Thread Hijacked. Anyway, they came off of a 3rd gen mullet mobile. The 17x8 will rub at full lock? hmmm, oh well, ill just have to run that risk. Anyway, time to go fishing and get drunk, or vice versa.
