k so i just put on the e-fan i bought. and i went to test the thermostat thing. lol. and the fans never came on. i let my engine get up to 230 and still nothing. i know the fans work cuz i bypassed the themostat and they came on.

should i just get a new relay kit?

i was thinking of getting this one, is it any good? will it work with my fans?

How do you have it wired?

The relay/thermostat kit from AZone is what I got and it works fine. Adjustable.
Adjustable cause you got to keep in mind wherever you place the probe may not be sensing the exact temp like you see on your gauge.
The way I adjust :
1. After its installed and probe is placed in an area that gets hot (probes usually go inside the radiator fins but it distorts them and feels like ur gonna poke it and break it) I placed mine against the tank on the back side vertical and against the fins also. Zip tied it on.
2. I stared the truck and watched the temps. Boring I know.
3. Once the temp got almost to the point where I wanted them to come on (185-200*) range, I went and slowly turned the knob until the fans kicked on.
4. Let cool down after shut down and then repeated to see if they were coming on at the right time.
