for those subs, yeah its hard. but i cant turn it up too much or the cones actually over extend (bad!) so gain is all the way down, and i still cant play it past 42 on the volume knob. im itchin to buy some new subs! perhaps some JL 12w6s...idk yet.

good choice on the amp , the JL amps are great if you dont have an upgraded alt .
and why not 2 10W7's ...you already have the power for them . it would for sure slam

yeah, i did it myself. not my 1st install so im gettin good with hiding ****! reason i didnt get the JL subs, i ran outta cash! something new will come in time. i have to save for a bit. the HE2s cant handle the power. makes the amp look like a waste!
