When I switched this thing over to synthetic I didnt think I was going to have to let the truck warm up for a extended period of time, but, heres the problem, it was about 45 outside, started her up, let it run for about 2 minutes, stated driving down the road when I went to hit the gas, she started to stall and chug, same thing when it when to change gears..so my question is ...WTF? the squeaking noise I know is the drive belt I have to replace and the throttle body needs to be cleaned as the gas pedal sticks when I go to press on it from a stop, that wouldnt cause that though....would it? gimme some feed back guys, thanx!

Is this the first run since the oil change? Just wondering if the crankcase oil was high in fuel content leaning the long term fuel trim. If so, it'll take a little driving to richen the fuel map back up.

possible TPS problem?
how many miles do you have?
Most likely it wasn't cause by the syn.. Things break.....(and nnoe you got me on a rant)
syn is a complete ripoff in and gas engine simply due to the price and the fact that quality convetional oils will last just as long under the same conditions that certain synthetics are tested(it can't be an independant lab study if exxon owns the lab) put simply oil reduses friction between moveing parts.
the truth is is left in for the full 7500 it can do as much damage in an engine a convetional. ac330, star lube, txhvi, bare stock componets(depending on brand) will seep worse then conventions when hot and can slowly break down certian rubbers used in some of your gaskets and seals. Plus you oil cleans the inside of the engine picking up hydrocardons and certain elemental that can be corosives to the inside of your block. You still have the carbon, condesation, ashing(syn has a lower flash than convetional), and oil filter to thinck about. In outher words syn has a tendency to blow past seals and gaskets, it won't make you go faster(unless you count the weight loss in the wallet) and allthough it may not break down as fast as convetional it still picks up the same elements and impuritys as conventional.Any oil will last 5K. You don't change your oil at 3K because of breakdown you change it because of the **** it picks up inside the engine. You change it at 3 months because of condesation
Just because the vicosity of sny dosn't break down till 7500 the oil should still be changed at 3&3(remeber 3K or 3months) . You change it at 3 months because of condesation.
It sounds like you just need a tune up though.
