999 camaro ss rim size

what are the size of the 99 camaro ss 10 spoke rims? i sent some off yesterday to get repaired and they measured 18 x 10! i thought they were 17 x 9. anyways, i am not used to measuring rims with a tape measure and that is out side measurements.

according to GM these are 17x9....

When you measure the width of wheels, measure from the inside of the lip where the tire bead seals at. That will give you the correct width.

ya pretty much all wheels measure +1" more than they really are
my 17x8 measure 18x9
