your sensor goes after the jammer, and your relief valve goes from the exit of the jammer, to the intake, before the jammer.

thx man
A new problem has arisen, i was trying to put my programmer in and it was goin well and then all of a sudden it stops working and throws an error code
OS ERROR F82FD7 and then it tells me to call their help line. I've been tryin to get a hold of al or anyone but no luck yet.
Now i was reading through a few posts and some people were taking out fuses? i have a 2000 4.3 vortech, do i have to pull any fuses or no? there was no instruction sheet for the programmer so im a little lost at the moment....any help would be awesome

I thought the airtemp sensor went after the MAF but before the S/C head?
As for the relief valve, the jammer instructions say you can use the all valve beather connection from the TB Bonnet.
so basically all i am pulling for my 2000 are 3 interior fuses
#4,17 and 19
hopefully that is all
she runs good with/out the programmer but i cant rev it or give it any so i gotta get this thing goin
why do they want you to pull fuses?? I am a mechanic and I can not understand the theory behind it. The only thin I can think of is that they are eliminating any source that would drain the battery while flashing. Anyway, I never pulled any fuses with mine it works great.

You need to reset the ECM before trying to reprogram it. After that, pull the fuses and go from there.
how do i reset the ECM because i pulled my interoir fuses (cant find any the instruction manual about under hood removal)...it still keeps getting stuck on the same spot and then it gives me a code and tells me to call this number 1-501-945-0354 and tell them os erroe f82fd7...anyone else have this prob
i have to get this truck runnin soon

I Have Loaded And Unloaded My Programmer Without Pulling Fuses , Just Make Sure Your Up In Charge. Sounds Like You Have A Bad Programmer . They Sent Me The Wrong Programmer And I Had To Get Another One , They Didn't Seem Like They Wanted To Help Very Badly... It Was Hard To Even Get Them To Return My Call (had To Call 5 Times).
Hope You Have Better Luck

Its to make sure all theft deterant type stuff is off, radio which plays until the door is opened and any other thing that may pull power during programming. Some programmers dont turn this stuff off during programing and bypass this and some do! Cant write to a chip just like doing defrag, scan disk etc on a home computer when something is writing to the drive!

To reset the ECM:
Turn key to Run position -- but do not start.
Pull two fuses under the hood: ECM I (or 1) and ECM B.
Leaving the fuses out, turn the key to Off and remove from ignition.
Put the fuses back in .
Start the vehicle and let it idle for a little (it will run like absolute CRAP until it relearns the readings from the sensors).
After that, remove the fuses that the Programmer directs and install programming.
If you can't get in contact with ProFlash directly, call Al and I'm certain he will do what he can to help.

Finkle, you will not achieve 6psi with underdrive pullies, you will need to install factory pullies. The underdrive is slowing down your charger.
yea i took the pullies off, ive been tryin to get through to comp cams (cuz they make the programmer) and i couldnt, tried all day, then dumb ass me realized that it was memorial day but i did get a hold of AL amd he said its probably a problem with the programmer...might be the worng one or i might just be doin something worng.
no idea yet, still tryin to get that hood to fit on properly
