i have been told by a buddy of mine who is in to Jeep 4x4s that i could swap the leafs out od a jeep cherokee into my 93 sonoma. he said that some of the Jeep guys swap s10 leafs into their jeeps because the leafs from a s10\sonoma ride under the axle tubes and cherokee leafs ride under the axle tube. has anyone on here heard anything about this?

Measure spring eye to spring eye while on the vehicle to see if length is right. Then measure the spring width!

well, they are both 2.5 inches wide. i will have to use the main leaf from the sonoma for mounting purposes but the rest of the leafes will come from the Jeep.

you will need to make sure the center bolt on the leafs matches the s10 leafs exactly

What is the reason you want Jeep springs.Do they sit higher lower or ride better. If no different then why swap???

i can get them free and they supposedly are a softer spring and will lower the truck for cheap.
