will the tbi from my 94 4.3 fit on an 89 350 tbi?? are the fuel pressures the same??

The TBI unit will fit, and the pressures are the same, but the 4.3 injectors flow less fuel. The 4.3's flow 45 pph, while the 5.7's flow 55 pph.

the reason i asked was because i was going to swap throttle bodies to see if it would cure the rough idle...i bought a new fuel pressure regulator and gasket instead...

Keep the injector pod that's currently on the engine, it's held in with just three hex bolts. That'll solve any confusion with injectors. You can swap the throttle body itself with no problems.

Have you checked your fuel pressure with a gauge lately? Is your regulator leaking around the housing?
