s-10 outlaw

I have a '96 Chevy s-10 LS, which I had bought from a local used car Dealer..
The Tires that came on it are a tad bit larger than the stock.
The tires are 255/70/15..which when I turn, they rub on the sway bar and frame. If I don't turn too sharp, I'm somewhat O.K. and when I go into a dip, they rub the top of the fender well.
My question is...Is there a way to resolve all this without getting rid of the tires.
