Is anyone running one of these? I know it's an alternative to welding the spider gears, but how "streetable" would this type of setup be? It's a hell of a lot cheaper than an aftermarket limited slip.

You get plenty of tracton at the strip but don't run one on the street.

Dangerous as heck when it's wet out. When it's dry the tires chatter like crazy on turns.
I've done it, but not for long. Pain in the ass.

whatever you get make sure it is not a auburn limited slip. mine sucks. i can get both tires to hook when i am going strait but if i turn and punch it it is that damn inside tire that lights up. you ought to look into a power trax or a eaton. i hear that a full spool makes it rather hard to turn.

Thanks for the info, I think i'll stay with the factory limited slip and just do a ring and pinion change.
